The products advertised on this website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale. BUYING OVER THE INTERNET
You may shop on the Antimony website by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address you have given. The sending of this email (whether or not it is received) makes the contact between us. By placing an order you agree to accept our Terms and Conditions.
BUYING THROUGH MAIL ORDER
Antimony operates a fast and efficient mail order service. Orders can be placed by phoning 0870 3600 345 and are usually dispached on the same day.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
ORDERING ERRORS
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process.
UK POSTAGE AND PACKING
Free postage and packing for all orders to be posted in the UK. If you have a question about delivery outside the UK and Channel Islands we will advise you if you call our customer services team on +44 (0) 870 3600 345.
INSPECTION
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem, or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right, and/or you return the goods in accordance with our RETURNS POLICY. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.

PAYMENT
Antimony must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, Antimony will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
We aim for you to receive your order within seven days. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
Antimony hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied and we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Good returned to us myst be in their original, unopened and unused condition.
The following 4 steps should be followed when returning your goods to Antimony:
step 1.
Please email our customer services team at info@myantimony.com giving details of the items you wish to return. In return you will receive a return authorisation number.
step 2.
Once you have received your return authorisation number, please enter it into the space provided on the returns form included in the documentation your receive with your order. You also need to indicate on this form whether you desire a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are securely wrapped in the same out packaging in which you received them.
step 3.
Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to the address shown on your order documentation.
step 4.
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Antimony as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please see the cancellation rights section in our Terms and Conditions.
We are unable to refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.

CANCELLATION RIGHT
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods in you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our RETURNS POLICY. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us.
